We are in a constant state of transition. We are changing physically and situationally from one phase of life to the next. We experience change at home, change at work, change in our appearance. You would think with all this change we would all be experts at it right, but most of us still continue to struggle with change from the small transitions to the big ones.
Some changes, or the way we prepare for and handle those changes, can impact our health, and as a result, our happiness. Transitions are tough! I would love to help you work through your current transition. We can work together to develop strategies to adapt to new routines, roles and expectations.

Empty Nester?
This can be one of the most challenging life transitions. For 18 years, our lives revolve around the schedule of another human being. For many of us that means our nights and weekends are spent at kids activities such as sports or dance. Then what seems like over night they are transitioning to their next stage so we need to transition to ours. This can often feel like it means finding a new purpose.
