What's Happening

In your 20's your body is producing the hormones estrogen, progesterone and androgen at peak levels, producing both fat and muscle.​ You have plenty of collagen and elastin to keep your skin looking strong and flexible.

 

You may be finishing your education and starting a career. You may be becoming more responsible for instituting your own meal plan and exercise routine.
